About Jules
So much has changed since Jules began selling property in the Temecula Valley over 17 years ago.
A transplant from Orange County to the Inland Empire in 1997, Jules and her husband of 23 years developed their equestrian property in Temecula’s Wine Country in 2004. Initially drawn to the Valley for its abundance of natural beauty, and an extensive Master Plan, Jules still feels the enthusiasm of the area today. Raising their children Talon, 17 an avid Motocross racer and daughter Teegan, 10 an aspiring horse enthusiast, they are enjoying all that the community has to offer.

Debra Blum
As a Southern California native, Debra is originally from San Diego; she moved to the Temecula Valley in 1992 where she and her husband raised their three children.
Beginning her career in Real Estate as a Compliance Coordinator provided her with extensive knowledge of the intricacies involved in a Real Estate Transaction. Past experience in Sales and service of Title Insurance gave Debra an inside knowledge of the title insurance process which is crucial in a Real Estate transaction. In 2009 she came to work at Gold Shield Realty Group as their Compliance Coordinator, becoming a licensed Realtor in 2013. Debra’s distinct attention to detail, coupled with her extensive
market knowledge and genuine concern for the needs of her clients make her a standout in the Temecula, Murrieta Real Estate community.
